Custom Keepsake Jewellery

A Custom Design refers to any piece that is not a standard product listed on our website (excluding resin colour variations).
When the Lead Time begins
Production time starts only once all of the following have been received:
- Your complete order
- Full payment
- Your keepsake materials
Please allow an additional 1 ā 4 days for courier delivery once your piece has been completed.
Important notes
- We do not ship on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.
- Lead times are guidelines only
- External factors such as load-shedding and weather conditions (humidity, cold, rain) can affect resin curing times
- Lead times are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays
- Timelines may therefore vary slightly

Our trusted courier partner will collect your parcel from your door and deliver your completed keepsake back to you safely.

At this time we do not ship internationally.
Important: Parcels are not insured.
Megan Goldner Designs does not provide insurance for shipped items, and our courier partners do not offer insurance for jewellery.
If insurance cover is required, clients are responsible for arranging their own independent insurance.
We charge a flat rate for collection and delivery so that your keepsakes can travel safely both ways ā from you to our studio and back again ā without you needing to arrange any couriers yourself.
Some companies advertise āFree Deliveryā, but the shipping fee is simply built into their product price. That might seem fine for a single item, but if you order multiple pieces you can end up paying multiple hidden shipping charges.
At MGD we prefer to be transparent. Our flat rate covers both collection and return delivery – so you know exactly what youāre paying for.
We use door-to-door couriers to ensure the safest, most reliable and efficient delivery.

Once your order has been completed and booked with our courier, youāll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. This allows you to follow your parcelās journey until it arrives safely at your door.
Please double-check that the delivery address on your order is correct. MGD cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the client.
Kindly inspect your parcel on delivery. If there is any visible damage, note it with the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist.
Megan Goldner Designs does not offer insurance for items once they are dispatched.
All jewellery is packaged with great care and handed over to a third-party courier for delivery. Once an order leaves the studio, responsibility for the shipment passes to the courier and the recipient.
The courier companies we use do not offer insurance for jewellery or high-value items. As a result, Megan Goldner Designs is unable to add insurance to shipments on behalf of clients.
If insurance cover is required, it is the sole responsibility of the client to arrange their own independent insurance for the item before shipment. This may include private parcel insurance or cover through an existing personal insurance policy.
By selecting delivery and proceeding with an order, the client acknowledges and accepts that:

The courier does not provide insurance for the item
Any loss, damage, or delay in transit is not the responsibility of Megan Goldner Designs
Megan Goldner Designs must receive your keepsake inclusions within three (3) months of your order or payment date.
If we do not receive the required inclusions within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be retained.
