MGD Keepsake Stones Only
Although we can custom make most ring styles for you, we understand that sometimes you have a jeweller in the family or in your circle of friends that you also wish to support. Let us create a MGD Keepsake Stone Only, made out of your loves one’s ashes that you can send to your own jeweller to be used in your design.
We do not make MGD Keepsake stones smaller than 4mm round diameter.
Due to shrinkage of resin during curing, stone sizes are approximations. The best is to have your setting custom made to fit the stone.
This listing is for one MGD Keepsake stone in one shape only, made out of composite resin with or without colour and/or shimmer. Please make sure you supply clear design guidance with your Keepsakes in mind.
1- 3 sample stones will be made for you, and you can choose the best one. All remaining stones will be destroyed.
Various styles, sizes and colours available.
Our stones are best suited to bezel and basket settings. Rose cut / cabochon shape stones are also available. Please note that the underside of the stones is sanded but not polished to a high gloss as this part of the stone will be hidden by the setting.
When fully cured, they are 4.5 – 5.5 on the Mohs hardness scale. This is comparable to Pearls, Opals, Fluorite, Lapis Lazuli and Turquoise in integrity.

Please note that all inserts are organic in nature and there might be slight imperfections or unevenness. Memorial ash and Breast Milk comes in many different hues and website photos are examples only. Keepsakes are cast by hand, which allows for each item to be a unique piece of art. For visual effect, white, grey and light blonde hair is not always suitable to be captured inside resin as is tends to turn translucent. All Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only.
This is a handmade / handcrafted product so please expect imperfections, slight variations in product colouring, sizing. Photos are digitally enhanced for computer screens.
